Cookies & Browser Storage
PracticeHound — a product of SMB Spark, LLC
Effective date: June 19, 2026
This notice explains the cookies and similar browser-storage technologies PracticeHound (the "Service") uses.
What we use
PracticeHound uses a single, strictly-necessary piece of browser storage:
- Sign-in session — when you sign in, a session token is stored in your browser (via local storage) so you stay logged in as you move through the Service. This is essential to how the Service works; without it, you could not remain signed in.
That's it. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party tracking technologies on PracticeHound. Because the only storage we use is strictly necessary to provide the Service you requested, no cookie-consent banner is required.
Third-party checkout
When you purchase access, payment is handled on Stripe's own checkout pages. Stripe may set its own cookies there, governed by Stripe's privacy and cookie policies — not this one.
Managing browser storage
You can clear your browser's storage at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out of the Service, and you will need to sign in again with a new link.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the current version.
